  • On Pre-Construction, Commission would be Calculated according to ” NET of HST “
  • See Coop Agreement you Signed with Builder
  • Most Builders Do Not Give Commission for Parking/Locker/Credit
  • Price Range Up to $368,200 > Net of HST = ( Sold Price – Parking, Locker, Credit ) / 1.052
  • Price Range Between $368,200.01 to $424,850 > Net of HST = [ ( Sold Price – Parking, Locker, Credit ) + $28,350 ] / 1.133
  • Price Range Between $424,850.01 to $484,500 > Net of HST = [ ( Sold Price – Parking, Locker, Credit ) + $52,350 ] / 1.193
  • Price Range $484,500.01 & Up > Net of HST = [ ( Sold Price – Parking, Locker, Credit ) + $24,000 ] / 1.13

Calculate all Commission Payments Based on the Correct " Net of HST " and Not Sold Price
